Find Relief from Leaks, Urgency & Constipation

Urinary leakage and constipation are both common (and often connected) pelvic floor symptoms. We want you to know that this does NOT have to be your norm. Whether you're leaking when you laugh, feeling like you can't fully empty your bladder, going "just in case", or dealing with uncomfortable bowel moments, these are all signs your pelvic floor may be out of balance. There is hope for you and you are certainly not broken.

Urinary Leakage
The involuntary loss of urine, whether that’s light leaking during movement, a strong urge that’s hard to control or maybe a combination of the two.

Constipation
Straining, infrequent bowel movements, or the sensation that you haven’t fully emptied—often caused by tension or poor coordination in the pelvic floor.

What’s Really Causing This?

  • Pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum healing
  • Pelvic floor muscle weakness or overactivity
  • Chronic straining or pushing
  • Life stressors
  • Hormonal changes
  • Poor posture or breath mechanics
  • High-impact activity or lifting

What You Might Be Feeling

  • Leaking when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or move
  • Rushing to the bathroom with little warning
  • Feeling like you haven’t fully emptied
  • Bloating, discomfort, or painful bowel movements
  • Straining or needing extra time in the bathroom
  • Anxiety about accidents
  • Always needing to stay near a restroom

Why This Matters

These symptoms don’t just disrupt your daily routine—they affect your confidence, comfort, and quality of life. Many women don’t realize the bladder and bowel are deeply connected to pelvic floor function, posture, and breath. The good news? All of it can improve with the right support.
